		<description><![CDATA[My nutritionist told me though that you only really get the nutritional value from flax seeds if they are ground up. So it&#039;s actually the oil that are in them that are of benefit. 

Unfortunately, I had been just adding whole flax seeds to my yogurt and other foods, but unless you really grind up or chew everything really well you don&#039;t get much use. 

So the best way to use them is to use a blender, or a mortal and pestle and get the oil and them put them in items.]]></description>
