I’m prepping for my first colonic on Monday and decided to eat vegan this week to help with the cleansing process. So far so good! I have tons of energy, feel nice and light and haven’t had too many non-vegan cravings. I’m eating lots of fruits and veggies and juicing as much as I can.
The one thing that has been tough has been avoiding cheese. I know there are soy cheeses out there that are pretty good, but I’m partial to the dairy stuff. It’s easy to find yummy vegetarian meals at restaurants, but many of them have cheese so eating vegan is definitely more of a challenge. I also keep smelling bacon everywhere, but that might be my brain playing tricks on me
